Padise Village Playground – Phase II

LocationPadise, Lääne-Harju Parish, Estonia
Year2026

As part of the second phase of the Padise village square development, a playground inspired by Padise’s cultural heritage was created.

The new play and activity area brings together fun, history and community in one place. The central feature of the playground is a climbing structure with towers reminiscent of Padise Monastery, complemented by a ship-shaped play structure recalling the former navigability of the Kloostri River.

The area’s earlier settlement history is symbolised by a traditional teepee-style playhouse, which can be used both for play and as a shelter. The play opportunities are complemented by various swings – a nest swing, two standard swings and two spring swings.

The playground equipment was custom-designed and manufactured by Tiptiptap OÜ, drawing on the rich history of Padise.
