We are committed to greener business practices that align with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and meet global expectations for environmental and social responsibility. Our vision is to create a world where playgrounds, skateparks, sports fields, and safety surfacing are not only a source of joy for children but also a benefit to the planet – reducing ecological footprints and promoting the circular economy.

Health and Well-being (UN SDG 3)
Tiptiptap has created better working conditions for its employees, incorporating modern and health-friendly solutions. We have moved to a new factory with improved workspaces, including modern kitchens, saunas, and ventilation systems that ensure fresh air and reduce the risk of illness. Employees also have access to a relaxation room, a massage chair, and an outdoor gym. Our goal is to create an environment that minimises health risks and improves overall well-being. Additionally, we focus on employee development by providing opportunities to participate in training, internships, and masterclasses. Our goal is to reduce workplace accidents and ensure that the work environment complies with all environmental and safety regulations. Employees are provided with protective clothing and safety equipment that meet environmental standards.
Quality Education (UN SDG 4)
Tiptiptap contributes to quality education through product development, focusing on educational activity panels and products that support children’s learning and development. Additionally, we support youth education by hiring construction school interns, providing them with opportunities to gain practical skills and develop their knowledge.
Decent Work and Economic Growth (UN SDG 8)
Tiptiptap prioritises decent working conditions and economic growth. Our goal is to achieve zero tolerance for workplace accidents and create an environment where employees feel valued and protected. We aim to reduce workplace accidents by 25% and achieve zero tolerance by 2028.
Responsible Consumption and Production (UN SDG 12)
Tiptiptap implements sustainable consumption and production programs to reduce its environmental impact. Our goal is to reduce waste generation by 25% by 2028 and direct 90% for recycling. We are also committed to circular economy principles, offering customers the option to renovate instead of discarding playground equipment, making safety surfacing out of recycled tennis balls and reusing shredded paper and cardboard waste as a packaging option instead of throwing it away.
Goals:
– Achieve sustainable management and efficient use of natural resources by 2030.
– Direct 90% of waste into circular economy recycling by 2028.
– Reduce food waste and ensure environmentally safe handling of chemicals and waste according to international standards.
Biodiversity and Terrestrial Ecosystems (UN SDG 15)
Tiptiptap uses only FSC-certified and PEFC-certified wood in its products, ensuring that the wood comes from responsibly managed forests. Our goal is to preserve biodiversity and support ecosystem sustainability. We take it seriously to check over if the materials and components from partners if they are actually in compliance with the requirements.
Goals:
– Reduce wood waste by 30% by 2028.
– Ensure that 100% of the wood used is FSC-certified.
