In our new production facility, the working environment has been designed with health as the top priority: modern ventilation, dedicated rest areas, a sauna, relaxation spaces, and an outdoor gym all support well-being and reduce the risk of illness. We place strong emphasis on training, apprenticeships, and masterclasses, and we have set a goal to reduce workplace accidents by 25% — moving toward zero tolerance by the year 2028.**

Education and Community

We help children learn through play — educational activity panels and smart products nurture curiosity and knowledge. Through cooperation with schools and internship programs, we develop skills that advance and strengthen the entire educational field.

Responsible Consumption and Production

Our goal is to reduce waste by 25% and direct 90% of it to recycling by 2028. In practice, this means prioritizing the renovation of playgrounds instead of disposal, using recycled materials in safety surfaces (e.g., tennis balls), and replacing part of the raw materials in packaging with shredded paper and cardboard waste. This is our way of turning good design into a lower-impact reality.

Biodiversity and Fair Material Choices

We use only FSC- and PEFC-certified wood and aim for 100% FSC coverage; our target is to reduce wood waste by 30% by 2028. We also expect compliance from our suppliers — a responsible supply chain is just as important as responsible production.
