Our in-house production is one of Tiptiptap’s greatest strengths, as it ensures:

• Hot-dip galvanized and stainless steel — long service life, corrosion resistance, and minimal maintenance requirements.
• Weather-resistant plywood and reinforced panels — designed for year-round outdoor use.
• High-quality wood and recycled materials — where aesthetics, stability, and environmental responsibility go hand in hand. Tiptiptap uses only FSC- and PEFC-certified wood in its products, ensuring it comes from responsibly managed forests. We are also committed to circular economy principles by offering clients the option to renovate playgrounds instead of disposing of them, producing safety surfacing from recycled tennis balls, and using shredded paper and cardboard waste for packaging instead of discarding it.
• Safe plastic components — UV-resistant and built for long-term use. Slide side panels, climbing walls, roofs, and spring rider components are made from special UV- and weather-resistant three-layer high-density HDPE plastic, of which 50%–90% contains recycled materials.

We do not compromise when it comes to materials. Public spaces and outdoor environments demand durability—products that can withstand winters, hot summers, moisture, and intensive daily use.

Certified safety

All Tiptiptap playground and sports equipment is internationally certified and complies with all relevant European safety standards. Tiptiptap products are certified by the German certification body TÜV SÜD Product Service GmbH.

• Skatepark safety standard: EVS-EN 14974:2006/A1:2010
